Aniruddha Mookherjee Age 56 Yrs is an entrepreneur and business leader with over 25 years of experience in Software Technology, Agritech & Agricultural Commodities & Bulk Dry Commodities,and Providing Strategic Business Leadership in International trade, business development and operations. He holds an MS and an MBA and has successfully founded, scaled and exited multiple ventures across the software, technology and Commodity trading sectors. In 2001, he founded GoldenEmbryo Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a software product development and IT services company, where he worked on enterprise optimization solutions using his own IPR “Optimization Engine using AI & Neural Network ” and banking software for major public sector banks in India. Over the course of his entrepreneurial career, he has successfully exited two software ventures and an international trading business. In 2013, Mr.Mookherjee founded Zirconium Exim (U) Ltd. in Uganda, establishing a strong presence in international commodity trading and export markets. Over the past 13 years, he has gained extensive experience in supply chain management, export operations, market development, and business partnerships across Africa, Asia, and international markets. Currently we are focusing on Plant Based Proteins (i.e.Beans ) for new Markets, value additions to Beans & other Agriproduce locally & also continue to provide strategic business leadership, local market development, supply chain coordination and commercialization support, experience in building international trading networks and managing export-oriented businesses will certainly help develop sustainable market opportunities for AgriProduce of East Africa & Uganda in Specific

They have been involved in real estate and hospitality business (Oxford Group) since 1990’s.Their hospitality interests include Oxford Golf Course in Pune, India; O Hotels, 5-star hotels in Pune and Goa, India & is currently developing Real Estate Gated Community Project spread across 200+ Acres across 3 locations.

Dr. Manash Chatterjee Age: 59 Years is a plant scientist, entrepreneur and innovation leader with over 25 years of experience in plant breeding, genomics, biotechnology and sustainable agriculture. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Viridian Seeds Ltd, a Cambridge-based company developing climate-smart protein crops and sustainable food solutions using advanced Breeding and gene discovery Technologies. Previously, he founded BenchBio Pvt Ltd, India’s first science-based trait Discovery Company, where he led crop improvement programs across more than 50 crop species and worked with multinational companies, research institutes and NGOs in over 14 countries. His innovations include the world & first non-GM papaya resistant to Papaya Ring Spot Virus. Manash would also involve himself For the Uganda Value Addition Project including beans & other Local Produce. Dr Chatterjee will provide scientific leadership, project coordination and product development expertise. His focus will be on developing high-value Food to replace animal Proteins with Plant Proteins to improve nutrition and creating new income opportunities for farmers. Dr.Chatterjee holds a PhD in Plant Genetics and Molecular Biology from the University of East Anglia and the John InnesCentre, UK, and is passionate about using agricultural innovation to improve food security and rural livelihoods in developing countries.
